Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient service experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next-day patients and prep activities.
• Check-in patients and verify demographic data.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare patient charts.
• Collect/co-payments and balances; cash handling.
• Coordinate referrals and schedules; maintain patient records.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
