UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Supervising Administrator to oversee ambulatory operations, patient registration, scheduling and charge capture. You will coordinate with multiple hospital departments, manage daily workflow, and supervise clerical and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care.

Responsibilities include payroll oversight, scheduling optimization, and liaison with management to resolve operational issues.

Competenze

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three or more years of medical administrative office experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple functions and activities.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software required.

Mansioni

• Oversee efficient daily clinic operations, including staffing, supplies, workflow and productivity.
• Ensure accurate patient registration and scheduling of procedures; coordinate with hospital OR, admissions, and other care areas.
• Monitor scheduling and service quality; contribute to process improvements and daily operations quality initiatives.
• Maximize session time utilization by optimizing daily schedules for patient volume.
• Lead departmental staff, conduct meetings, and ensure customer service standards.
