Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in billing, patient registration, and scheduling.
• Experience with medical insurance verification and screening preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients, ensuring accurate demographic data.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; discuss co-pays and pre-authorizations.
• Collect payments and process cash using department systems.
• Greet patients and families; support clinic operations and documentation.
