Job summary

Conviva Care Solutions is seeking a Center Administrator to run a safe, patient-first clinic onsite, reporting to the Associate Operations Director. You will orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers to deliver high-quality care and outstanding patient experiences.

You will drive daily flow, lead weekly coaching sessions, manage purchasing and waste reduction, and own the service recovery process to resolve patient concerns the same day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care workflows.
• Computer literacy and comfort with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinic flow to ensure on-time starts and smooth operations.
• Oversee quality and safety through routine 5S walks and vaccine/sterilization logs.
• Lead staff through weekly one-to-ones and manage schedules and competency sign-offs.
