Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: perform 5S walks and monitor vaccine/sterilization logs.
• People Leadership: conduct weekly one-to-ones, manage schedules, and ensure competency sign-offs.
• Administrative Excellence: stabilize inbox aging, oversee purchasing and waste reduction, and ensure POS collections.
• Patient Experience: own service recovery to resolve patient concerns the same day.
