Job summary

Concentra seeks a Center Operations Director to lead center operations and patient care delivery. You will supervise center support staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure top-tier patient experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

You will partner with clinicians and leadership to drive clinical outcomes, manage staff, and optimize operational performance, including experience metrics and center profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage patient flow and staff across a medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Spends majority of time on patient facilitation and service delivery.
• Collaborates with clinicians to support clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Coordinates scheduling and patient flow with clinical leadership.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Manages center financial drivers and operational metrics.
