Job summary

Concentra seeks a Center Operations Director to lead our Windsor facility, ensuring exceptional patient care and service delivery. You will oversee the center’s operations, staff performance, and daily workflows, coordinating with clinicians to optimize outcomes and throughput.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor metrics, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information while maintaining strong client and payer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare operations
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management
• Experience in healthcare or patient service environments preferred
• Strong service mentality, attention to detail, sense of urgency and initiative
• Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA policies

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and staff to ensure optimal care and service
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient patient care
• Manage patient flow, registration, check-out and experience standards
• Monitor key performance metrics (NPER, TAT, visits, net revenue) and drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
• Foster teamwork and professional environment with staff accountability
