Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care, part of Humana's CenterWell, seeks a Manager, Clinic/Center Administration to lead outpatient operations at its Florida center. You will plan and direct professional and support staff, work with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and manage resources and schedules.

The role requires 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician setting, knowledge of EMR/HIM, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Experience with front of house management and clinical operations.
• Primary Care and full-risk VBC experience.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• TB screening and flu vaccine policy compliance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
