Humana Inc CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Peoria, IL is seeking a Center Administrator to run a safe, patient-first clinic by orchestrating front office, clinical teams, and providers.

You will lead daily flow, quality and safety oversight, people leadership, and data-driven decisions to improve clinical quality and financial stewardship, while ensuring service recovery and strong patient experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care processes.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments.
• Experience with quality and safety programs in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily flow management and morning huddles to align teams.
• Oversee quality and safety including 5S and vaccine cold-chain logs.
• Manage staff scheduling and competency sign-offs.
• Stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, and POS collections.
• Own the service recovery process to resolve patient concerns.
