CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Center Administrator to run a safe, reliable clinic that delivers high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. You will orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers onsite, report to the Associate Operations Director, and drive clinic rhythm, safety culture, and staff development.

You will use real-time data to improve clinical quality and financial stewardship while leading daily huddles, 5S walkthroughs, scheduling, and service

Qualifications

• Experience operating in clinic environments.
• Familiarity with Medicare structure and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Daily Flow Management: Leading morning huddles to align the team and manage real-time escalations.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Conducting daily 5S walkthroughs and managing vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
• People Leadership: Conducting weekly one-to-ones, managing staff schedules, and ensuring competency sign-offs via reverse shadowing.
• Administrative Excellence: Stabilizing inbox aging, managing purchasing and waste reduction, and ensuring accurate POS collections.
• Patient Experience: Owning the service recovery system to resolve patient concerns on the same day.
