Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to ensure optimal care and customer service across the center. You will lead and manage center support staff and oversee daily operations of the medical facility, coordinating activities and ensuring efficient patient flow.

Daily interaction with colleagues and patients includes registration, check-out and patient care, while driving continuous improvement, staff development, and alignment with clinical leadership to meet the center's business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• HIPAA and PHI handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and staff to ensure service standards.
• Monitor patient flow and optimize patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to improve clinical outcomes.
