Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Center Administrator to run a safe, patient-first clinic onsite, aligning front-office and clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. You will report to the Associate Operations Director and drive 5S, vaccine/sterilization logs, and service recovery.

You will lead daily huddles, manage staff schedules, and ensure regulatory and financial performance while coaching teams toward continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: lead morning huddles and real-time escalations.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: conduct 5S walks and vaccine/sterilization logs.
• People Leadership: weekly one-to-ones and staff scheduling with competency sign-offs.
• Administrative Excellence: stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, and waste reduction; POS collections.
• Patient Experience: own service recovery process and resolve concerns the same day.
