CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Clinic Administrator to run a safe, patient-first clinic onsite, coordinating front office, clinical teams, and providers. You will drive clinic rhythm, ensure quality and safety, and lead teams with structured coaching and data-driven decisions.

You will manage daily flow, safety oversight, staffing, purchasing, and patient experience, resolving concerns promptly while optimizing financial and clinical performance.

Qualificações

• Experience running clinic operations and clinical teams.
• Ability to use real-time data to improve care and financial stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Flow Management: Leading morning huddles to align the team and managing real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Conduct daily 5S walkthroughs and manage vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
• People Leadership: Conduct weekly one-to-ones, manage staff schedules, and ensure competency sign-offs via reverse shadowing.
• Administrative Excellence: Stabilizing inbox aging, managing purchasing and waste reduction, and ensuring accurate point-of-service (POS) collections.
• Patient Experience: Owning the service recovery system to resolve patient concerns on the same day.
