Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking an experienced Center Administrator/Manager to plan and direct outpatient clinical operations. The role emphasizes staffing, policies, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

The position requires 5+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician setting, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with EMR/HIM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Front of house management and clinical operations leadership experience.
• Experience with EMRs or HIMs systems and related software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder interaction.
• Must be on-site at assigned Center(s).
• TB screening and flu vaccine policies may apply for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the work of professional and support staff in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Lead staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the facility.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration and conduct area meetings and briefings.
