CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Paradise Valley is seeking an onsite Clinic Administrator to orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers for a patient-first experience. You report to the Associate Operations Director and drive a smooth clinic rhythm, safety culture, and measurable improvements in quality and financial stewardship.

The role emphasizes daily huddles, 5S safety practices, staff coaching, and end-to-end administrative excellence.

Competenze

• Experience running a clinic operations and front office workflows.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate clinical teams.
• Familiarity with Medicare structure, rules, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Mansioni

• Daily Flow Management: Lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Conduct daily 5S walkthroughs and manage vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
• People Leadership: Conduct weekly one-to-ones, manage staff schedules, and ensure competency sign-offs.
• Administrative Excellence: Stabilize inbox aging, manage purchasing and waste reduction, and ensure accurate POS collections.
• Patient Experience: Own the service recovery system to resolve patient concerns the same day.
