Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Clinic Administrator to orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers onsite in Gilbert, AZ. You will drive clinic rhythm, lead daily huddles, and ensure a high-reliability culture with strong safety and quality oversight.

You will develop teams, manage scheduling, and leverage real-time data to improve patient care and financial stewardship while guiding service recovery and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how clinics operate and patient care.
• Strong communication with patients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Experience overseeing center finances and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
• Conduct daily 5S walkthroughs and manage vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
• Provide weekly one-to-ones, manage staff schedules, and ensure competency sign-offs.
• Stabilize inbox aging, manage purchasing, waste reduction, and ensuring accurate POS collections.
• Own the service recovery system to resolve patient concerns on the same day.
