Humana, Inc.'s CenterWell Senior Primary Care unit is seeking a Clinic Administrator to run a patient-first clinic onsite. You will orchestrate front-office, clinical teams, and providers to ensure on-time starts and high-quality care while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, workflow optimization, data-guided decisions, and strong financial stewardship. A bonus incentive plan applies, and benefits focus on comprehensive health coverage and retirement

Qualifications

  • Knowledge: Aware of how clinics operate and function for patient care.
  • Computer literacy: handle patient and partner concerns with trust.
  • Guide and support team members effectively.
  • Manage competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
  • Influence team behaviors and standards.

Responsabilités

  • Daily Flow Management: Leading morning huddles and real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
  • Quality & Safety Oversight: 5S walkthroughs and vaccine cold-chain/sterilization logs.
  • People Leadership: Weekly one-to-ones, staff scheduling, competency sign-offs.
  • Administrative Excellence: Stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, waste reduction, POS accuracy.
  • Patient Experience: Manage service recovery to resolve concerns the same day.
