Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Manager of Clinic/Center Administration to lead daily operations for senior primary care centers. You will drive staffing plans, provider onboarding, and compliance while partnering with clinicians to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Reporting to the Associate Operations Director, you will oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and value-based care initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership within a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Experience with front-of-house and clinical operations and coaching teams.
• Primary Care experience and full-risk value-based care understanding.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medical Assistant and Front Office teams to meet performance, service, and operational goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSDS, state and federal requirements.
• Oversee clinic operations, financial performance, and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate credentialing, provider onboarding, and expense management.
