Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to lead the clinic front office operations, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, enrollment, interpreter coordination, and phone coverage.

You will supervise administrative staff and drive standardized workflows to support programs and staff in meeting organizational goals. The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent in Business/Management, with at least three years of senior administrative experience and two years of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of high-level business administrative experience.
• Two years of staff supervision/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Administrative Support Staff, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for the team.
• Manage time-off requests and approve timecards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports to drive performance.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of staff members.
