Responsibilities

• Builds monthly schedule for clinical and clerical staff to meet patient volume expectations.
• Coordinates onboarding and training for new hires.
• Oversees the clinical flow and directs clinic assignments and duties with staff to optimize patient flow.
• Keeps staff coverage by managing call-ins and arranging shifts.
• Maintains inventories and ensures deposits are handled per policy.
• Handles patient complaints professionally and reports to the Territory Manager.
• Gains competency in Clinical & PSS roles to provide coverage and improve patient care processes.
• Administrative time is flexibly scheduled to support operations.
