Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to direct the daily operations of our health center, overseeing Front Office and Back Office activities. You will respond to scheduling issues, patient concerns, and staff relations while ensuring service quality and cost-effective care.

Under the Health Center Manager, you will coordinate staff performance, provide coaching, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations.
• Manage staff performance and assist with evaluations.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to UHC policies and procedures.
• Assist Health Center Manager with audits and process improvements.
