Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Clinic Center Administrator to orchestrate front-office, clinical teams, and providers onsite. You will drive clinic rhythm, ensure on-time starts, coach staff, and use real-time data to improve quality and financial performance.

Responsibilities include daily flow management, 5S audits, vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs, staff scheduling, service recovery, and accurate POS collections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how clinics operate and function for patient care.
• Proficient with EMR systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: conduct 5S walkthroughs and vaccine logs.
• People Leadership: weekly one-on-ones and staff scheduling.
• Administrative Excellence: stabilize inbox aging and POS collections.
• Patient Experience: own service recovery to resolve concerns the same day.
