Job summary

OSU-Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the clinic’s front desk, medical records and switchboard teams. You will ensure accurate demographic and payment data entry, adhere to department policies, and maintain adequate coverage to meet business needs while supporting the Clinic Practice Administrator as required.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, requires a High School/GED and at least one

Qualifications

• High School or GED required by start date
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Coordinating teams or workflows may substitute for supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of Patient Service Representatives, Medical Records, and Switchboard in the clinic
• Ensure accurate demographic and payment entry and adherence to department policies
• Maintain adequate coverage to meet business operation needs
• Assist Clinic Practice Administrator as needed
