Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; register and check-in; update demographics and insurance in the system.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and communicate with referring offices.
• Handle check-out processes including copays and scheduling follow-ups.
• Monitor patient wait times and report excessive delays to the nurse/lead/manager.
• Process mail, maintain records, and support routine office functions.
• Coordinate referrals and medical records for new patient appointments.
• Schedule appointments and assist with daily deposits and paperwork as needed.
• Travel may be required to support staffing at other facilities.
