This role interfaces with administration, physicians, patients, and external partners to align goals and ensure high-quality care. You will guide staffing, budgeting, and process improvements to optimize clinic performance and patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with integrity and tact.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative direction and coordination of clinic(s) and serves as liaison with administration, physicians, patients, and external organizations.
• Develops organizational structure, staffing plans, and systems to meet clinic goals and respond efficiently to needs.
• Manages clinic operations, labor costs, and expenses.
• Oversees staffing: hiring, training, supervision, engagement, performance management, scheduling, payroll approvals.
• Initiates coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans as needed.
• Ensures staff attend and pass Ambulatory Skills Orientation per expectations.
• Analyzes reports, summarizes financial results, and plans improvements for productivity and benchmarks.
