Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• 2 years direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels with poise and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of medical office operations, confidential handling, OSHA and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative direction and coordination of clinic(s).
• Coordinates clinic business with administration, physicians, patients and outside organizations.
• Implements and maintains organizational structure, systems, and staffing to meet clinic goals.
• Manages labor costs and clinic expenses; ensures efficient responses to needs.
• Oversees staff hiring, training, supervision, engagement, performance, scheduling, payroll.</br> Initiates coaching and performance improvement actions.
• Ensures staff attend Ambulatory Skills Orientation per expectations.
• Analyzes reports, summarizes performance, and plans improvements in financial results and productivity.
• Oversees registration, scheduling and provider template functions with Corporate Central Access.
