Job summary

Oklahoma State University – OSU-Center for Health Sciences seeks a supervisory administrative operations role to oversee daily duties of Patient Service Representatives, Medical Records, and Switchboard in the clinical setting.

Responsibilities include accurate demographic and payment entry, adherence to department policies, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs; assist the Clinic Practice Administrator as needed.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; degree must be conferred on or before start date.
• Minimum of one year experience; coordinating teams/projects/workflows may substitute for direct supervisory/managerial experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the Patient Service Representatives, Medical Records and Switchboard Operator in the clinic.
• Ensure accurate demographic and payment entry; follow department policies and procedures.
• Ensure adequate coverage to meet all required business operation needs; assist Clinic Practice Administrator as needed.
