Trinity Health in Maryland is seeking a Clinic Clerical Lead to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, coordinate staff, manage registrations and medical records, and support billing and inquiries in a patient-centered environment.

You will lead scheduling, onboarding, and education, assist with payroll and timekeeping, and ensure adherence to safety and departmental policies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including staff scheduling and patient flow.
• Assist with patient registration, billing, demographics, denials, and collections.
• Lead onboarding and education of staff; support payroll and timekeeping.
• Address issues to improve clinic flow and patient care; respond to inquiries.
• Participate in meetings and huddles; ensure safety and policy adherence.
