CommonSpirit Health seeks a Patient Service Representative Lead to partner with clinic leadership, overseeing the patient service team and providing comprehensive clerical support within a physician clinic.

Daily duties include reception, telephone management, medical records, charge entry, referrals, and information retrieval while coordinating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs and maintain high-quality clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance payers.
• Experience with basic office tasks: filing, telephone answering, reception, and basic computer software knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient service representatives in accordance with policies and procedures and work guidelines.
• Assist with developing work schedules to cover patient volume.
• Partner with management and HR for recruiting, hiring, orienting and training new staff.
• Greet patients/caregivers and provide assistance reflecting high-quality patient service and teamwork.
• Collaborate within inter-professional teams to achieve quality patient care.
