Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Coordinates staff scheduling, onboarding, and education.
• Assists with payroll, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Addresses patient inquiries and ensures quality patient care.
• Participates in meetings and enforces safety and departmental policies.
