Trinity Health is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to greet patients and visitors in a US clinic with professionalism and warmth. You will manage front desk duties, maintain patient flow, schedule appointments, handle phone calls, verify insurance eligibility, and enter demographics and data into the electronic health record.

You will also collect copays and deductibles at the time of service, copy/scan insurance and ID documents, and ensure compliance with clinic policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification or obtained within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Must maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and caring aligned with Trinity Health values.

Responsabilités

• Performs patient check-in and ensures admitting process is efficient and compliant with policies.
• Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately.
• Schedules appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtains accurate patient and insurance information, collects copays and deductibles.
• Copies/scans patient documents into the electronic medical record.
