Elevate ENT is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to lead administrative and clinical staff, oversee daily workflows, and drive financial performance across multiple care centers in Florida. The role emphasizes quality, HIPAA compliance, and strategic scheduling to maximize patient access and provider productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in high-volume healthcare, with advanced EMR and BI capabilities, and a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Management is preferred; Master’s Degree (MHA/MBA) highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience within a high-volume healthcare environment.
• Experience working in a private practice setting with advanced EMR and data-driven performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven performance metrics, including business intelligence software.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Operational Agility: Oversee daily workflows and staffing schedules to ensure seamless clinic coverage and patient flow.
• P&L Management: Take full ownership of key financial indicators, including P&L oversight and accounts receivable.
• Business Intelligence: Translate monthly financial and management reports into actionable strategies to improve profitability.
• Strategic Scheduling: Analyze and optimize physician schedules to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
• Partner with MSO to implement growth initiatives and improve quality and financial performance.
• Drive standardization to implement consistent workflows, policies, and SOPs across sites.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient confidentiality and center of excellence standards.
• Corporate Liaison: Represent the practice at regional meetings with the MSO.
