CEENTA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead multi-site clinic operations, drive performance, and ensure an outstanding patient and employee experience.

You will oversee daily operations across 1–3 clinics, coach staff, improve workflows, manage budgets, and partner with executive leadership to grow access and quality care.

This role requires strong data analysis, vendor management, and a proactive approach to change, ensuring compliance and service excellence across CEENTA locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or medical practice operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s in Healthcare Administration or MBA highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and clinic performance management.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations for 1–3 clinic locations, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff, including scheduling, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.
• Analyze performance metrics, dashboards, and EHR workflows to optimize patient access and clinic efficiency.
• Oversee provider scheduling and utilization to support volume, access, and growth goals.
• Manage administrative and clinical inventory, including purchasing workflows and supply optimization.
• Coordinate facility operations, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of providers and staff.
• Achieve financial objectives through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Promote an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and supporting service excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and required staff training.
