Qualifications

• Minimum of one of the following qualifications: associate degree, RN, LVN, medical assistant cert, or HS diploma with supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of progressively responsible, management level experience in health care.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and familiarity with practice finance and reporting.
• Confidentiality and professional conduct in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office and clinical staff, ensuring safe, productive operations and quality patient care.
• Oversee employee hiring, performance reviews, timekeeping, and PTO management.
• Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and supply procurement with competitive bids annually.
• Maintain patient demographic/insurance verification and accurate daily close procedures.
• Ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and regular participation in mandatory corporate meetings.
