Lange Recruiting is assisting a private medical practice in Coral Springs, FL, to hire a hands-on Medical Operations Manager who will oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and overall efficiency to support growth.

Ideal candidates have healthcare management experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel and EHR systems (AthenaHealth preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of billing, revenue cycle, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement workflows and SOPs to improve performance.
• Oversee front-end revenue activities and monitor KPIs.
• Enhance patient experience and resolve escalated concerns.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and vendor relationships for facility operations.
• Collaborate with ownership and clinical team on growth initiatives.
