Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of healthcare operations or practice leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing clinical and business functions across multiple sites.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with P&Ls and utilization metrics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and adjacent business operations across multiple locations.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvements across sites.
• Optimize scheduling to maximize patient access and revenue.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement.
• Partner with marketing, finance, HR on growth and integration of acquisitions.
• Develop local market strategy and lead talent development for managers.
