Job summary

South Florida ENT Associates (SFENTA) seeks a Practice Manager to oversee administrative and business operations across care centers. You will lead front office and clinical staff, focus on a positive patient experience, and promote operational excellence.

You will manage financial oversight, reporting, regulatory compliance, and ensure adherence to our mission, vision, and values, while maintaining high staff morale and professional standards in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing/license qualification or MA cert with 4 years supervisory experience.
• 1 year of progressively responsible management experience in health care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Knowledge of finance, management reports, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative and business operations at assigned care centers.
• Supervise front office and clinical staff and ensure patient experience.
• Manage payroll, timecards, and staff schedules.
• Monitor financial indicators, collections, and reports.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with physicians and attend mandatory corporate meetings.
