Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office experience in a medical/physical therapy setting.
• Experience with medical insurance verification and authorizations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations: check-in/check-out, scheduling, referrals, workflow coordination.
• Provide excellent patient service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations; collect co-pays/balances as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system; supervise front office staff.
