Qualifications

• Requires High School or GED; diploma submitted for highest level.
• Typing speed 45 wpm preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Good organization and deadline prioritization.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows apps.
• Understanding of medical reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable basics.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks in a busy setting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations and staff performance.
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers to staff the front desk.
• Coach team to meet referral management and customer service standards.
• Monitor KPI, referrals, and front office labor and PTO.
• Coordinate with insurance verification and billing teams.
