PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to supervise daily front office operations across multiple clinics. You will oversee Front Office Supervisors, SPSCs, PSCs and Scheduling/Referral Coordinators, guiding staff performance and patient experience in a busy clinical setting.

This leadership role emphasizes district-wide front office engagement, coaching, and KPI accountability, with travel to clinics about twice monthly to ensure service excellence and staff

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Typing 45 wpm preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with job-relevant software.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws helpful.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front office operations across clinics.
• Supervise Front Office Supervisors, SPSCs, PSCs and Scheduling/ Referral Coordinators.
• Hire front office staff and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Travel to clinics (approximately 2x per month) to engage patients and staff.
• Ensure adherence to patient service standards and department KPIs.
