Beacon Clinic Inc is seeking a Clinic Operator to join our patient-focused team. You will manage front desk, answer a multi-line phone, assist with check-in/check-out, collect payments, verify insurance, and prepare patients for appointments.

You will use medical software and Microsoft Office in a welcoming clinic environment. We offer PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and professional development support; shift 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient interaction are essential.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with medical software and Microsoft Office is expected.

• Contributes to Beacon’s mission by front office duties and professional patient interaction.
• Manages a multi-line phone system and directs calls efficiently.
• Assists patients with check-in/check-out, insurance verification, ID, and payments.
• Prepares patients for appointments with instructions and necessary documents.
• Maintains a clean, organized clinic environment across patient and staff areas.
• Uses medical software and MS Office for administrative tasks and office equipment.
