Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity and caring aligned with Trinity Health values.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk during visits.
• Check in patients and ensure efficient admitting per clinic policies.
