Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three months of hire.
• Must read, write, and understand English and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients and visitors, ensuring efficient admission.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines and manage calendar.
• Collect copays and deductibles and verify insurance information.
