Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

• Greet and check in patients and visitors, ensuring efficient admitting in line with policies.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information and collect copays/deductibles.
• Scan/copy patient-related materials into the EMR.
