Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and assist with registrations.
• Process patient registrations accurately and efficiently.
• Obtain patient demographics and insurance information and necessary consents.
• Explain patient account charges and verify insurance details.
• Enter data for patient charges and schedule patients or visitors.
• Route calls to appropriate clinic staff and physicians.
• Coordinate requests to the Provider inbox and assist with medical records requests.
