The position is full-time with 32 hours per week, floating to multiple Convenient Care clinics in Davenport and surrounding areas. Requires high school diploma, BLS within 3 months, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or obtained within 3 months.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training due within 3 months.
• Must read, write, and understand English; communicate effectively.
• Must maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and caring aligned with Trinity Health values.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and visitors, ensuring efficient admitting process.
• Answer and triage phone calls; direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information; collect copays and deductibles at visit.
• Enter demographics and insurance data into the EHR and other systems.
• Copy/scan patient documents into the correct location in the medical record.
