CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Center Administrator to run a patient-first clinic onsite in Fort Worth, TX, reporting to the Associate Operations Director. You will orchestrate front office, clinical teams, and providers to ensure on-time starts and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include daily flow management, safety oversight, people leadership, and financial stewardship through data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care delivery.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and patient privacy.

Aufgaben

• Daily flow management: lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations.
• Quality & safety oversight: conduct 5S, vaccine cold-chain, and sterilization logs.
• People leadership: weekly 1:1s, schedule management, competency sign-offs.
• Administrative excellence: stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, waste reduction, POS collections.
• Improve patient experience: own service recovery and issue resolution.
