ArchWell Health is seeking a Center Administrator to lead a single clinic’s operations, staff, and customer experience. The role requires building a best-in-class patient flow, scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth daily operations and patient satisfaction.

You will coach a diverse team, manage resources, and partner with leadership to meet quality and financial goals while fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic or hospital.
• Experience with ECW EMR preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or required community languages.
• Proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10+ members.
• Collaborate with Market Operations Director to improve member satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching.
• Manage resources to meet growth and staffing needs.
• Perform staff observations and performance audits.
• Provide development plans to staff for performance growth.
• Meet financial targets and oversee reporting and cash management.
• Support high-quality member care with care teams.
