Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or closely related discipline preferred.
5+ years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
3+ years supervisory/managerial experience in medical clinic or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 10+ colleagues, promoting accountability and service excellence.
Oversee scheduling, registration, billing, documentation, and patient flow processes.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety guidelines; manage physician documentation and coding audits.
Monitor clinical and administrative workflows and implement process improvements.
Maintain positive relationships with healthcare partners and community organizations to support growth.
