Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare administration experience with supervision.
• Knowledge of clinic policies, procedures and operating standards.
• Experience with fiscal management and budgeting basics.
• Understanding of HR practices including staff development.
• Awareness of governmental regulations and reimbursement standards.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates clinic operations and staff performance.
• Assist Medical Director in developing and marketing new services.
• Manage staff employment, development, and performance.
• Ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate on quarterly budgets and funding recommendations.
• Represent clinic at meetings and public relations events.
